Is Manuel's Tex-Mex or authentic Mexican food?
Not Tex-Mex — Manuel's serves authentic Mexican food from Mexico's interior and coast: hand-made tortillas, homemade mole, ceviches and wild-caught Gulf seafood, all scratch-made daily in Austin since 1984. See the menu.
Do you take reservations?
Yes. Book instantly on Resy or call us at (512) 345-1042. For parties of 8 or more, please call so we can seat you together — larger groups may enjoy our party rooms.
Do you have patio seating?
Yes — a shaded patio under the oaks at our Great Hills location. Patio tables are first-come, first-served alongside reservations, and it's where Austin does happy hour and Sunday brunch.
Do you host private events?
Yes. We host rehearsal dinners, birthdays and company celebrations in private and semi-private rooms, up to full-restaurant buyouts, with custom group menus and margarita & tequila bar packages. Start with our Plan a Party page.
Do you offer catering?
Yes — full-service offsite catering across Austin is handled by Changos, our sister kitchen, and party-size pickup orders can be arranged by calling the restaurant.
Do you have gluten-free options?
About 80% of our menu is gluten-free, marked GF throughout — including corn-tortilla enchiladas, fajitas, ceviches and most salsas. Vegetarian options run throughout the menu as well.
Where do you source your ingredients?
Locally, wherever we can. Our chicken, beef and pork are all natural and antibiotic-free; our fish, shrimp, crab and scallops are wild caught from certified sustainable U.S. waters — we proudly serve Texas wild-caught shrimp, never imported or farm-raised. Half the produce and rice we serve is Texas grown, our salsas, soups, tortillas, dressings, desserts and ice cream are made from scratch daily, our corn chips are made for us locally by El Milagro, coffee is roasted for us at Anderson's Coffee, teas come from Zhi Teas, and milk and cheese from Hill Country Dairy in Austin.

10201 Jollyville Rd, Austin, TX 78759 — at Great Hills near the Arboretum in Northwest Austin, just off US-183 at Great Hills Trail. Free parking in the lot.
What are your hours?
Sunday–Thursday 11am–9pm, Friday–Saturday 11am–10pm. Sunday brunch runs 11am–3pm, and happy hour is Sunday–Thursday 3:30–6pm.
