- Proudly serving all natural antibiotic free chicken, beef and pork
- The fresh fish, shrimp, crab, and scallops we serve are wild caught from certified sustainable waters in the USA
- Caught here – not brought here! The best shrimp in the world comes from right here in our own home state, and we are proud to support Texas Wild Caught Shrimpers and their families. Although it is much cheaper we do not buy or serve imported or “Farm raised” shrimp
- 50% of the produce and rice we serve is grown in Texas – supporting Farmers and the local economy, while providing better freshness on the plate
- Our salsas, soups, tortillas, salad dressings, marinades, desserts, and ice cream are made from scratch daily in our kitchen
- Our delicious corn chips are locally made especially for MANUEL’S by El Milagro, and are non-GMO and low in sodium
- The French Roast Coffee we serve is blended and roasted for MANUEL’S at Anderson’s Coffee in Austin
- The iced tea and hot teas are from Zhi Teas in Austin
- Milk and cheese are from Hill Country Dairy in Austin
- Our menu is 80% GLUTEN FREE and we offer many vegetarian options
